All games and betting activities at ek2299 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply:

1. Game results are technically verifiable and server logs will be considered final in the event of any dispute.

If there is a valid balance before account closure, ek2299 will make every reasonable effort to return it — however, funds obtained through fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

ek2299 is not liable in the following cases:

1. If a game or transaction is disrupted due to internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
2. If a member's account is damaged as a result of unauthorized access, where this is due to the member's own negligence.
3. If services are unavailable due to force majeure circumstances (natural disaster, war, government restrictions).
4. If a transaction is delayed or fails due to issues with third-party payment providers.
5. For financial losses dependent on gambling outcomes — gaming is voluntary and results are entirely dependent on chance.
